Classical Shock Control
Classical shock testing on a shaker is an efficient method to test products against high-acceleration transients, offering better accuracy and more repeatability than a drop shock machine
Classical Shock offers a wide range of classical pulse types, including half sine, rectangular, triangular (symmetrical or non-symmetrical), sawtooth (initial or terminal peak), trapezoid, double sine, haversine, sineburst, and user-imported pulses.
Custom Reports and Data Review/Export
Fully Customizable Plots
Include readouts including test parameters, customer and test article name, operator, test time, etc
Overlay Data
Data from one or more runs can be overlaid in Review Mode within seconds. The overlaid plots can be placed in a report.
Data Export
Pulse data can be exported automatically at the end of a test.
Create Custom Report Templates in Word
Create a report template in Microsoft Word and have SignalCalc 900 populate the report parameters, plots, and images automatically after each test (DP900-68)
Images and Media
Attach images of the test article or setup and have them printed in the report
Generate Reports Anywhere
Generate Reports on the PC that conducted the test, or on any networked PC
Efficient Test Setup and Execution
Fast test setup
Tests setup parameters are chosen automatically, or can be taken from an existing test.
Pre/Post Pulse Compensation
Make the most of your shaker’s displacement and velocity limits by applying compensation to a shock pulse
Full Manual Controls
Increase shock level manually before running the full test schedule. This helps ensure that control is optimized before running full level pulses
Shock Response Spectrum Analysis
Compute and plot the Shock Response Spectrum of your control or response accelerometers
Pulse Import
Import pulses acquired with SignalCalc 900 analyzer, or from an external file
Physical Stop Switch
A Physical stop switch is included with every controller
External System Interfacing
Interface with an external system (such as a thermal chamber) or supervisory controller
1 Live Data Display
User customizable display of Control and tolerance bands live during testing.
2 Test Controls
Automatic or manual control of pulse polarity, level, control parameters, and number of pulses.
3 SRS Analysis
Positive, Negative, and Maxi-max Shock Response Synthesis signals with user-specified nth octave spacing and % critical damping.
